Is this urine report normal? If not, what tests should I take after? Pus cells and RBC casts are abnormal. Blood picture is normal. Only WBC count is on the lower side at 4500.

RBC casts in urine suggest glomerular inflammation or kidney disease. A low WBC count may be unrelated but needs follow up. Kidney function needs further workup.
Dr. Hema Suggests...
Take a RENAL PROFILE/KIDNEY FUNCTION TEST (RFT/KFT) Test or Take a CULTURE AND SENSITIVITY - URINE (AUTOMATED) Test
