Urine report shows pus cells 8 to 10 per hpf, red cells occasional per hpf and epithelial cells 15 to 20 per hpf. Please advise the interpretation and further management?

Presence of 8 to 10 pus cells, occasional RBCs, and 15 to 20 epithelial cells suggests a mild urinary tract infection or contamination. It is advisable to correlate with symptoms like burning, frequency, or pain.
