Urine test report for my 10 month old baby shows pus cells 2 to 3 and epithelial cells 3 to 4. Is there any infection in her urine, as she takes a 12 hour gap to pass urine?

These values are within an acceptable range for infants. If baby has no fever or discomfort, infection is unlikely. But 12 hour urine gaps need evaluation. Ensure good hydration and monitor urine output.
