Is uterine fibroids curable with medicines? I am trying to conceive and found out about this my size of fibroids is 33x25 mm is this big? Can it be removed with medicine? Does fibroids makes conceiving difficult? I am attaching my report.

Today was my day 6. I had a baseline follicular study. The report mentions that the right ovary has 18 follicles and the left ovary has 15 follicles. The largest follicle in the right ovary is 15 mm. Hello Doctor, I am 18 years old. I did not get my period until the age of 16. At that time, a doctor prescribed some medication to help start my periods. After taking the tablets, I got my period only once, and then it stopped again. However, for the past two months, I have been getting my period 3 to 4 times a month. It stops for just 2 to 3 days and then starts again. My recent blood report shows that my prolactin levels are high. Since my first menstrual cycle I had irregular periods. During the last three years the problems have increased, including lower abdomen pain during the delayed period as premenstrual cramps. The cramps are less painful during the periods but due to bloating the flow has not been good. I sneeze a lot when the blockage happens and then the flow is released with lumps. My stamina, resistance to infections, immunity, memory, and other health aspects have decreased over time with an increase in headache resulting in migraine, nausea, restlessness, bad mood, anxiety, and back pain. Digestion has also been an issue during the last three years as I traveled to a few cities which led to stomach infections that took more than a year to improve. Still the problem exists. This time I got the results of the tests and I am attaching them here. Vitamin D25 hydroxy is 41.26 nmol per L. Looking at all my problems, please let me know natural solutions and vitamin supplements?
