I've been dealing with this antifungal issue for a couple of years now. Every time I use the medication prescribed by my doctor, it seems to help only temporarily, and then once I stop, the antifungal comes back. It's causing severe itching that's really uncomfortable. I'm really worried because the foreskin on my penis is really tight and keeps getting these painful cuts. It's super uncomfortable and every time I try to clean, it gets inflamed and red. It sounds like you're dealing with a condition called phimosis, where the foreskin is too tight to be pulled back over the head of the penis, which can cause pain, cuts, and inflammation when you try to clean or retract it. The recurrent redness, cuts, and inflammation you're experiencing could also be due to infection, irritation,or inflammation of the foreskin. Wash the area gently with warm water. Avoid using harsh soaps. Avoid scrubbing the foreskin.If it's difficult to retract, do not force it.Seek a specialist ( urologist ) care.

Can you help me understand what the side effects of Wysolone might be? I'm only taking it for a short period, just 15 tablets, because of ulcers. The doctor also suggested I pair it with Septiline. When should I expect any side effects to show up, if at all?

Itching,nausea,headache, allergic reactions etc are the side-effects.. Kindly continue the medication as per dermatologist opinion.
