I've got this lump that started out small and wasn't really painful, but I tried using hot fermentation on it. Now, after a month, its turned red, and it's quite painful and much bigger. I've been noticing these pimples popping up on my lower back, especially on both sides around the waist, and they're turning into black spots. It's also happening on my upper arms. Should I be concerned about this? What could be causing it, and what can I do to make them go away?

That looks like keratosis pilaris? if it is so take bath twice daily and use good moisturizer two times a day that will work , if it still persists visit dermatologist topical lotions.
