We have been trying to conceive for the past 4 to 5 months but have not been successful. As advised by the doctor, I underwent some tests, including a semen analysis. My report shows that more than 50 percent of the sperm are non viable (dead) out of 30 million, and only 24 percent are motile. Please help me understand what this means and what can be done.

Low motility and high dead sperm count can affect fertility. Improving lifestyle, avoiding heat exposure, and taking antioxidant supplements may help. If persists, consider seeing an andrologist.

Hello, I am attaching my medical report and would appreciate it if you could help me understand the main issue so I can begin appropriate treatment. The doctor mentioned that I have a gallbladder stone, a kidney stone, and an endometriotic cyst, and said these conditions may make it difficult for me to conceive. I have been prescribed the following medications for pain management, Calpol 500 mg (2 tablets, three times a day), Naprosyn 500 mg (twice a day), Tramazac 50 mg (three times a day), and Pantop 40 mg (to be taken on an empty stomach). I am quite worried and would like to know if any of these conditions are serious and what should be my next steps.
