We have been trying to conceive for the past 4 to 5 months but have not been successful. As advised by the doctor, I underwent some tests, including a semen analysis. My report shows that more than 50 percent of the sperm are non viable (dead) out of 30 million, and only 24 percent are motile. Please help me understand what this means and what can be done.

I have been trying to conceive for the past 8 months. Today, on the 3rd day of my cycle, I had a follicle study, and the report shows a cyst in my right ovary. My report shows that both ovaries have a polycystic appearance (small cysts amidst normal tissue). The report suggests a polycystic ovarian variant. My right ovary measures 6.7 cc and the left ovary 3.2 cc. Do I have PCOS, and how severe is it? How can it be treated?
