We're planning to start trying for a baby and I'm wondering if it's okay to take Supradyn and Folvite tablets for one to two months before we begin. Can you give some advice on whether this is a good idea?

View allI'm really worried about my 15-year-old daughter who has PCOS. She's been on Krimson 35 and Aldactone for 7 months and took Isotret 20 for 3 months. Her periods have become regular, and her pimples have cleared up, but she still has scars. I'm wondering if she can stop her medication now. If we stop Krimson 35, will her periods become irregular again?
That needs supervision of doctor do not stope them Abruptly, visit Endocrinologist for appropriate help

I'm an expecting mom and I'm really hoping to have a healthy baby. I've been trying my best to eat nutritious foods and drink plenty of healthy juices. I'm curious if there's any truth to the idea that you can follow a special diet during pregnancy to help ensure a fair-skinned baby. Can you help clarify if there's anything specific I should be doing or eating?
There is no such specific diet,as you are on healthy diet your baby will be healthy don't worry

I've been feeling some slight pain in my left breast, mostly on the side and upper part. It kinda feels like a bruise when I touch it, but the skin looks completely normal. I'm a bit concerned and was wondering what might be causing this. Should I be worried? My period just finished last week. Any thoughts?
There are several possible reasons for breast pain, especially around the time of menstruation. Since your period just ended, this could be related to hormonal changes. It is common for women to experience breast tenderness or pain before, during, or after their menstrual cycle. However, other possible causes of breast pain should be evaluated and ruled out. It would be advisable to visit your physician for a consult.
