We're planning to start trying for a baby and I'm wondering if it's okay to take Supradyn and Folvite tablets for one to two months before we begin. Can you give some advice on whether this is a good idea?

I've been feeling some slight pain in my left breast, mostly on the side and upper part. It kinda feels like a bruise when I touch it, but the skin looks completely normal.
