View allWhy do I start sneezing non-stop and get a runny nose if I brush my teeth late after waking up? It's really frustrating because it affects my whole day. I saw a doctor in Nellore, A.P., and he gave me MontipLC for two months but it didnt help much. He suggested some tests at Apollo Hospital in Chennai. What do you think I should do next or what might be causing this?

I'm dealing with chronic urticaria and have tried different antihistamines like Cetirizine, Fexofenadine, Desloratadine, and Levocetirizine, but they all cause me severe heartburn and acid reflux. I noticed that when I take Monlevo, which combines Montelukast Sodium and Levocetirizine Hydrochloride, I don't experience these side effects. Why do you think that is? Is there something about this combination that prevents the usual issues? What should I consider or discuss with my doctor about this?
because its prevents allergic conditions

I've been having a rough time in the mornings. As soon as I wake up, I start sneezing non-stop. It's really uncomfortable because my eyes get watery, and my nose starts running. Plus, after sneezing, I always end up with a headache. Could this be allergies or something more serious? What should I do to feel better?
You may be experiencing symptoms of allergic rhinitis. I recommend taking an antihistamine such as Zyrtec (cetirizine) 10mg once daily to help with the sneezing, watery eyes, and nasal discharge. Additionally, you can use a nasal corticosteroid spray like Flonase (fluticasone) 50mcg in each nostril once daily to reduce inflammation in the nasal passages. If you also have a headache, you can take a pain reliever such as Tylenol (acetaminophen) 500mg as needed for relief.
