I'm really worried about what's happening with me and my husband. We've been having great sex for a year, but lately, it's like he can't fully enter me. It feels like there's something blocking or that I'm just too tight, and he also says it feels different and is uncomfortable, sometimes even painful for him. I had an ultrasound that showed an enlarged uterus with a large subserosal fibroid measuring 148.8 cm in the right lateral wall and areas of early degeneration, plus another subserosal fibroid in the anterior wall measuring 1.72.2 cm. My ET is 8mm. One doctor recommended surgery, but two others suggested trying to conceive first. I don't have children yet and I'm really confused about what to do should I prioritize surgery or try to get pregnant with these fibroids?

I'm a bit worried because I haven't had my periods for 44 days now and I got a Beta Hcg test done yesterday which was 1.2 ml. My usual cycle is around 33 to 34 days. Could there still be a chance that I'm pregnant?
