I've been taking one meftal spas tablet on the first day of my periods to deal with painful cramps, and it usually helps with the pain pretty quickly. But I've noticed that my bleeding has really lessened over time. I only bleed for around two days now, and then there's just a bit of brown or blackish discharge.
