I have a dermoid cyst in my right ovary measuring 43x34x44 mm from an MRI in February and it might have grown since then. I feel swelling in my right thigh and abdomen. Several gynecologists recommended laparoscopy because they say it contains hair and teeth and could twist. I'm hesitant about surgery can homeopathy actually dissolve this kind of cyst? I'm 32 and expecting my second child, and I'm 5 weeks and 4 days along based on my scan. The scan didn't show the yolk sac yet, and my doctor said it might take up to 10 days more to see it. She mentioned it's normal for it to not be visible this early. Is this something I should be worried about, and when might I actually see the yolk sac and fetal pole?
