So I went ahead and got the rt pcr and chest CT scans done. Thankfully, the Covid test came back negative twice and my HRCT thorax looks normal. One odd thing I've picked up is that I have nasal congestion, but my oxygen levels seem to go back to normal when I breathe through my mouth. Is this something I should be concerned about?

But before, another doctor gave me 500 mg once daily for 3 days for a similar issue. I also read online that the dosage for sinusitis is 500 mg daily for 3 days, while for pharyngitis, its 500 mg on the first day, followed by 250 mg twice daily from day 2 to day 5. I'm really confused about what the right dosage should be. Could you help me figure out the correct prescription?

I'm really worried because my mom and I both have COVID, and we're using the same nasal spray from Cipla. I accidentally used her nasal spray after she'd already used it. Could this cause any problems, and can she keep using it?
