View allI'm noticing these small clear bumps on my fingers and theyre a bit concerning. I started popping them and some clear liquid comes out, but they just fill back up again. They werent that many before, but now Ive got a few more on one finger, the back of my hand, and even my palm. I also see some tiny ones on my right hand, but theyre not big enough to pop. They don't really hurt unless I pop them and they dont itch either. Any idea what might be going on?
That could be fungal infection which needs both oral and topical antifungal medications and personal hygiene is more important for such condition.

I'm really concerned about the long-term use of Skinlite cream. I've been using it regularly and I'm worried if it could potentially cause skin cancer. Should I keep using it or is it something that could be risky for my skin health?
This cream contains steroid. It should only be used under the supervision of a qualified dermatologist. Overuse of steroids can have lasting side effects.
