View allRecently, I had chicken pox and now that the scabs have fallen, I've noticed small white spots left behind in those areas. Will these spots eventually fade on their own, or should I consider seeing a dermatologist? I'm worried about the cost of surgery if it comes to that, so any advice would be really helpful.
That will heal no need to worry, have patience give some time, with time it will settle, use good moisturizer for nourishment.

I'm really concerned about my underarm situation. Since I stopped waxing, there's been a little improvement in the darkness, but I'm not sure what to do next. Should I consider chemical peels or laser treatments for the best results? Hydroquinone didn't work for me. I'm just worried because my dermatologist suggested chemical peels but didnt do any tests beforehand. Can peels make the darkness worse?
chemical peeling would definitely work but laser treatment would show better result, follow your doctors advise because treatment modality depends on intensity and area involved for darkness.

I'm using the Sebamed sunscreen with SPF 50, and it seems to be working fine for me. But I'm a bit confused and worried about whether it's safe to use SPF 50 all the time, especially since I can't find the Sebamed sunscreen lotion with SPF 30. They do have a spray version with SPF 30, but I'm not sure if a spray is as effective. I've read some advice from doctors that sprays might not be as good. Can you help me figure out if I'm using the right sunscreen? I'm also using a face wash and moisturizer from the same brand.
SPF 3O is advised to the patient.
