View allI'm newly married and have been experiencing a lot of cuts near my vagina during sex. It's really painful and I'm not sure what to do to help these wounds heal. Can you give me some advice on how to treat them?
As a newly married individual experiencing painful cuts near the vagina during sex, prioritize your comfort and health by trying the following: apply a topical antibiotic ointment and cover with a breathable dressing to promote healing; take warm baths with baking soda or colloidal oatmeal to soothe the area; use a lubricant during sex to reduce friction; practice gentle and gradual intimacy; and consider consulting a gynecologist for personalized advice and treatment

I'm hoping to get some clarity about something that came up in my sister's recent ultrasound. It mentioned a mild prominence of the bilateral pelvicalyceal system. I'm a bit concerned about what this actually means for the baby and how serious it could be. She's currently 6.5 months pregnant, and I'm wondering if there are any steps we should be taking at this point. Any advice would be appreciated!
mild prominence of bilateral pelvicalyceal system is typically not serious and often resolves naturally. However, it is important to follow up with your doctor for ongoing monitoring to ensure the babys kidneys are developing properly. After birth, if necessary, the baby may undergo further tests to assess kidney function.

My ultrasound report says the ovarian cyst is measured in mm but I'm not sure how big that is in cm. Can you help me understand the size in centimeters? Also is it possible to treat this without surgery or is surgery the only option?
excision of the cyst is advised under laparoscopic methods.
