View allI'm a reverted Muslim and considering getting khatna done. Can you tell me how much the surgery usually costs and how many days I'd need to stay in the hospital?
The cost varies depending on the area and the hospital . In Chennai, it costs between 30000 to 40000 if done under general anaesthetic. You will need to take off work for about 1 week and may be two weeks. You will start to move about 6- 8 hours after surgery

I've been having swelling and stabbing pain on the lower left side of my trunk near my abdomen and hip. My doctor checked and said there's no kidney or urinary issue but still ordered an ultrasound. The scan showed normal kidneys and no fatty liver but found a UTI, urine retention, and 6mm gall bladder stones with fatty and calcium deposits. I'm worried will my doctor push for surgery or can this be managed with meds and lifestyle changes? What does Ayurveda suggest for avoiding surgery in this case?
This condition may require clinical evaluation to determine the exact cause and treatment. Some cases can be managed conservatively, while others may need surgical intervention depending on size, symptoms, and severity. Regular follow-up is important to monitor progress.

I'm dealing with a varicocele and I'm wondering if I can still go to the gym and continue working out. Could you let me know what to expect with exercises and whether they could affect my condition?
Not all varicoceles require surgery. Surgery has the potential to cause testicular damage..... However, the primary treatment of varicoceles is surgery and indications include: Pain....infertility ...To prevent testicular atrophy..... All methods involve ligation of veins to prevent abnormal blood flow. The recurrence rate is usually less than 10%.... Consult urologist......
