What are the treatment options for genital warts besides surgery? I'm sexually active and looking for alternatives are there any creams or medications that work?

Besides surgical removal, common treatment options for genital warts include topical creams like imiquimod, podophyllotoxin, and sinecatechins, as well as physical removal methods like cryotherapy or electrocautery. topical treatments can be patient-applied and include imiquimod, podophyllin, and podofilox

View allI'm currently seeing a dermatologist near my home for dandruff issues and she has good reviews. She's a female doctor. I also need advice on anal tags after my laser piles surgery and want to get an STD checkup. Can she handle these issues too or should I see another specialist?
A dermatologist can address skin tags and offer STD testing, but a proctologist may be better for post-surgical anal concerns.

I've been dealing with ringworm on the inner part of my thigh for about 9 months now. It seems to heal when I use medicine, but then it just comes back over and over. It even flares up after I itch it. I've tried using IT Mac 200, Terbest, and a bunch of other antifungal creams, but it keeps returning. I'm really frustrated and wondering if this is something that's going to stick around forever, or if there's anything else I can do to finally get rid of it. Any advice?
Chronic Fungal infection needs long-term treatment, personal hygiene measures are most important to cure this disease, practice special care towards affected area.
