I'm 22 and I've been losing hair really suddenly. There's no genetic issue that I know of since my dad only started losing his hair after he turned 45. I've noticed it's mostly around the center line of my head with a big space in the middle. What could be causing this, and what should I do?

I've had pretty large breasts since middle school and hit puberty fast, so I was never really comfortable with my body. I ended up wearing sports bras to make my breasts look smaller for the longest time. Now, Ive got this discoloration around my breasts from sweating and chafing. Is there any way to get rid of it?
