I'm dealing with a weird ulcer on my scrotum that's been there for about two weeks now. At first, it was really painful, and I thought it might be something like a baltod. Plus, there was this discomfort in my groin where my thigh and abdomen meet. In the second week, the blister turned more into a lump with some yellow discharge, but now that discharge is gone, and so is the top layer of skin. What could be going on? I've always had genetically dark lips and have tried all sorts of home remedies, but nothing seems to work. I've also used several prescribed medications, but my lips havent lightened up.
