I'm dealing with a weird ulcer on my scrotum that's been there for about two weeks now. At first, it was really painful, and I thought it might be something like a baltod. Plus, there was this discomfort in my groin where my thigh and abdomen meet. In the second week, the blister turned more into a lump with some yellow discharge, but now that discharge is gone, and so is the top layer of skin. What could be going on? Should I be concerned about this?

To help with the pain and promote healing, you can use an antibiotic ointment like Neosporin or Bacitracin on the ulcer. Additionally, you can take over-the-counter pain relievers like ibuprofen to help with the discomfort. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation and treatment.

I'm a 26-year-old guy and I've recently purchased a laser hair removal package. I'm wondering if it's safe to have this done in the pubic area and on the penis. Is there anything specific I should know or be concerned about?
