I'm really confused about my pregnancy test results. I took a Prega News test and there was only one line, but I noticed that the HCG absorbent paper turned pink after about 3 minutes. My period is supposed to start on the 28th of this month. I even took the test yesterday and it came back negative. Does the pink color on the absorbent paper mean there's HCG hormone present?

Check for pregnancy aftre missing regular period for more than a week and visit Obstetrician for appropriate management, those tests could be false positive at times

I'm getting married on August 27, but today I've just started my period. I really don't want to delay my period days since we have a lot of rituals planned post-marriage.
