What is the best type of food for a diabetic patient with jaundice?

Diabetes is condition for which exact cause is unknown. But being unhealthy interms of obesity and other comorbid conditions increase the risk of developing diabetes, there are other causes such as family history/ presence of autoantibodies/ polycystic ovarian syndrome etc which increase the risk.
Goal fasting blood sugar is 80 - 130, post prandial blood sugar is < 180 mg/dl.
Fasting blood sugar of 126 mg/dl or more, post prandial blood sugar of 200 or more with glycated hemoglobin of 6.5% or more.
Regaining weight must be under dietician observation with balanced nutritious meals.
Few fruits are oranges, melon, berries, apples, bananas, grapes and are to be taken in moderation, also in fresh form.
