I'm having trouble with this weird jerking feeling in my stomach when I'm about to sleep, and it really keeps me awake. It's strange because it gets worse even with a little noise. When I wake up in the morning, I can't lie down without my mind racing and that seems to make my stomach uncomfortable, though there's no actual pain. I've had an endoscopy and there's no sign of acid reflux. Any ideas on what could be going on with me?

I'm having trouble sometimes with taking deep breaths. It's easier when I yawn, but other times it's really tough. My pulmonary function test came back normal, and my oxygen levels are good too. But I've also noticed that whenever I eat, there's this smell and sound from my mouth, reminding me of acidity or gastric issues. Could these be related, and what should I do about it?

Probable diagnosis is GERD .Patient is advised tab pan d ,orally for 14 days and syrup sucralfate 10 ml thrice daily for 7 days .
