My son's been coughing for more than 20 days now and he's been taking zest syrup and some antibiotics, but it just won't go away. It's not a dry cough and he also starts sneezing when he coughs. What should I do?

It seems he is suffering from respiratory tract infection. Any cough of more than 21 days duration can be due to Pulmonary Tuberculosis.

I'm really concerned about my 2-month-old son's condition. He's got white patches all over his mouth after drinking milk. I'm not sure if this is something normal or if I need to do something about it. Could you please advise on what might be going on and what steps I should take?

The white patches in your 2-month-old son's mouth, appearing after feeding, are likely thrush, a common fungal infection; consult your pediatrician for a proper diagnosis and guidance, and in the meantime, try to clean the patches gently with a soft cloth and water, and ensure proper sterilization of pacifiers and bottle nipples.

I'm really concerned about my son. He's having skin itching but there aren't any rashes. He's been scratching his head, arm, behind his neck, and foot, and there hasn't been any fever or infection recently. I've noticed his appetite seems to be increasing all of a sudden, and he sometimes complains of abdominal pain. I discovered white particles in his stool, but I did deworm him last month. Right now, he's on an antihistamine. This same kind of itching happened last year, and he was advised to take Banocide syrup along with the antihistamine, and it took almost a month to clear up. I'm really worried. What could be causing this, and what should I give him for the itching and abdominal pain?

Thats Urticaria, identify the allergen and avoid it,also visit dermatologist for appropriate management
