Why do I sometimes suddenly feel a chill during the day? I have checked my fever but it is 97.4. Four days ago my WBC was slightly elevated and today it is back to normal. My RBC count is very high according to my blood report, 8.5 million/cumm. I have not noticed any symptoms yet. Is this a serious problem? Does it require a bone marrow biopsy, or does it indicate low oxygen levels?
