What does it mean if the lymphocyte percentage in my DLC blood report is 3.08 percent and marked in red?

A lymphocyte percentage of 3 percent (normal 20 to 40 percent) is low (lymphopenia). Causes include stress, acute infection, or certain medications. Please repeat a Complete Blood Count with differential to confirm. If lymphopenia persists, your doctor may evaluate for infections or immune disorders. Discuss the results with your physician for tailored guidance

I started feeling unwell with body aches and a temperature of 100F. I took paracetamol, and my temperature returned to normal, but then I developed a cough and mild sore throat. In the morning, I felt cold and my temperature rose to 102F. I took paracetamol again, which brought it down, but the fever returned by 11 am. I consulted a physician and have attached his prescription and test report. After taking the prescribed medicines, I felt better, but I still feel very weak. Last night, I experienced restlessness, excessive sweating, and a rapid heartbeat for a few minutes. I am unsure what happened.
