What does my report imply. Fatty liver means what. Please explain. Is it something to be worried about?

Fatty liver is excess fat in liver cells. It is usually caused by poor diet, obesity, or alcohol. It is not urgent, but needs healthy lifestyle changes and regular follow up. Avoid junk and exercise regularly.

I just received my blood report, which shows SGOT/SGPT levels of 42 and 45.36. What do these values mean? I am currently in the 8th month of pregnancy and hoping for a normal delivery. I have also been diagnosed with gestational diabetes and high blood pressure during this pregnancy. Could you please advise if these liver enzyme levels are concerning and what I should do next?
