Sir, I noticed red spots on my palms yesterday, and today they have spread to my feet. Could you please help me understand what the problem might be and its cause? I recently had fever and body pains that did not improve with Dolo and antibiotics, so I visited a doctor for a check up. During this, I found that my hemoglobin has dropped significantly, it was 12.4 six months ago. I am unsure of the reason for this drop and would like to know if my current report is normal.
