I'm 25 and recently got the Nexplanon implant last May. I've never tried birth control before, so I was kind of expecting my body to take some time adjusting to the hormones. Lately, though, I've been feeling more irritable, anxious, and just emotionally all over the place. A friend mentioned trying Ashwagandha to help balance my hormones and reduce my stress. But I'm kind of worriedwould taking this herbal supplement mess with how well the implant works?
