I'm dealing with a fever that goes up to 102.5 in the evenings and nights, but it disappears by morning. My blood report shows that my RBC, WBC, and platelets are normal. I've been taking some meds: Paracip 650, Cefix 200 DT, and Pantosec D, twice a day for the last couple of days. I felt fine during the day today, but now the fever's coming back. I'm also feeling a bit weak because of the fever. What should I do?

It seems like you may be experiencing a recurring fever despite taking the medications. Since your blood report shows normal levels of RBC, WBC, and platelets, the fever may be due to an underlying infection. I recommend adding an antibiotic like Azithromycin your current treatment regimen. Additionally, you can take a fever reducer like Crocin 650mg for relief from fever and weakness. Make sure to stay hydrated and get plenty of rest. If the fever persists or worsens, please follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation.

I'm really worried about my dad. He's been having vomiting, body pain, and loose motion since yesterday, and he's so weak that he can't even go to the hospital.
