A high white blood cell count does not have any symptom so you can have it without fever.

Actually, I am having a sore throat problem for a long time. I took every medication but nothing worked. I always feel like having cough and scratching sensation in my throat. Please help me. I am suffering from stomach ache since 29 May morning and I got mild fever on 29 May evening. Both my fever and stomach ache come and go. The maximum fever recorded till now is 99.6 F. I also had a small episode of loose motion but that is now settled. My blood report is normal. Please guide what could be the reason and if it can be COVID?
