A high white blood cell count does not have any symptom so you can have it without fever.

My child is experiencing rashes all over the body, which sometimes appear in one area and disappear from another. He also has fever, sleepiness, and nausea. He has been taking Atarax 6 ml and Rantac 3.5 ml for the past day, but he feels very weak and even fell down while complaining of nausea. I got a CBC done, and his platelet count is normal.
