Sir, I have epigastric and burning pain in my epigastric region and also in back with bloating. There is always pain and burning in the abdomen. I have taken a lot of medicine but not permanent relief. I am sharing my report that says cholecystitis. Will my gall bladder be removed? I also have grade one fatty liver and some enzymes are a little high like amylase and lipase. Amylase is always under 120 but lipase a little high, first time 64. What happened with me? My wife LFT report shows, ALT: 574 U/L, AST: 363 U/L and ALP: 265 U/L. She recently had food poisoning and previously had her gallbladder removed due to stones.
