What is the normal range for liver function tests? I am submitting my report, please advise me on how to maintain normal levels.

Normal LFT values vary slightly by lab, but key ones include SGPT ALT less than 40 IU per L, SGOT AST less than 40, and bilirubin total less than 1.2 mg per dL. Abnormalities may need follow up.
