View allI got a complete body profile test and found that my hemoglobin and RBC are below average. Please tell me how to increase them. My serum triglycerides and VLDL cholesterol are above average; please tell me how to decrease them. My thyroid is under control because of medications, but if possible, can you tell me how to manage thyroid without medications? I have attached my report. I have been experiencing a dry cough (sukhi khansi) for the past 8 months. I have taken antibiotics and anti allergic medications several times, but there has been little improvement. My chest Xray and blood tests are normal. I work in the teaching profession. Could you please advise what might be causing this persistent cough and what steps I should take to treat it effectively?
