View allI've been keeping track of my wife's last period date, which was May 1st, 2021, and we've noticed that she missed her period this month. We've done four pregnancy tests at home, and all of them came out positive. So, we're really wondering if this means she's actually pregnant?

I've been having lower abdomen pain and my USG and CT scan showed endometriosis and likely adenomyosis. The doctor suggested surgery but I'm unsure since I've been married for 5 years with no child yet. I take Droton DS for pain relief but I'm worried about what to do next. Can you advise if surgery is the best option or are there other treatments to consider first?
Surgery is one option for endometriosis and adenomyosis, but fertility-focused medical management may be considered first—consult a gynecologist for tailored guidance.
