What's the best treatment for stage 2 throat cancer that's spread should I go with chemo and radiation together or consider laparoscopic surgery? I'm trying to understand the pros and cons of each option

I'm a 27-year-old guy and I've had this lump inside my left chest for over two years now. It's pretty weird because I can feel it when I touch it, and it hurts then, but otherwise, there's no pain.
