What's the best way to change skin from dark to white medically? I've heard about laser treatments and cosmetic surgery but not sure which one works better or is safer. Are there any side effects I should know about?

It's important to understand that medically altering skin tone to become lighter is a complex issue. While laser treatments and chemical peels can be effective in lightening specific areas of hyperpigmentation, they don't fundamentally change your skin's natural color. Additionally, cosmetic surgery, particularly dermabrasion or laser resurfacing, can be used to address hyperpigmentation and uneven skin tone but can also have risks and side effects.

I've got this persistent dry skin peeling just above my upper lip, and it's been quite annoying. I've tried using Cetaphil and some Vaseline petroleum jelly, but nothing's really working. Do you have any other suggestions or ideas on what might help? It's starting to worry me a bit.

Can I use Surfaz dusting powder with clotrimazole, since I know it's a broad-spectrum antifungal? I'm dealing with ringworm on my inner thighs and just want to make sure it's okay to use it there.
