What's the best way to permanently remove a rasoli from my uterus? I've heard about laser treatments are they an option for this, and how effective are they compared to other surgeries? I'm a bit worried about the recovery and long-term effects.

The most definitive way to permanently remove "rasoli" (uterin fibroids) from the uterus is hysterectomy, which involves removing the entire uterus. Myomectomy, which involves surgically removing only the fibroids while preserving the uterus, is another option, particularly if you want to maintain your fertility. Laser treatments, like those used for laser hair removal or in laparoscopic myomectomy, are not a primary treatment for fibroids and are not a definitive solution

I'm curious if there's any truth to the idea that you can follow a special diet during pregnancy to help ensure a fair-skinned baby. Can you help clarify if there's anything specific I should be doing or eating?

My wife has been experiencing this irregular pain in her breast, usually with mild intensity. Its mainly on the outer part and even extends to under her arm. She mostly feels it when she touches the area. Were trying to understand what could be causing this and what remedies might help. Any insights would be appreciated.
Surgeon opinion is advised to the patient.
