The most definitive way to permanently remove "rasoli" (uterin fibroids) from the uterus is hysterectomy, which involves removing the entire uterus. Myomectomy, which involves surgically removing only the fibroids while preserving the uterus, is another option, particularly if you want to maintain your fertility. Laser treatments, like those used for laser hair removal or in laparoscopic myomectomy, are not a primary treatment for fibroids and are not a definitive solution
