I've had three c-sections over the past 3.5 years, and I'm really struggling. During my first pregnancy, there were some complications with the blood flow, so they did an emergency c-section in the 7th month, but unfortunately, my baby boy passed away after 39 days in the NICU. Now, I have two daughters who are 2.5 years and 10 months old, born at 36 and 37 weeks. My high blood pressure was only a problem during those pregnancies because of the protein levels. I'm just constantly feeling down because I really want another chance to have a son. Is it possible for me to go through a fourth c-section? If it is, how long should I wait before trying? I'm eager for your advice.
Considering your complex medical history, including three C-sections, reversal of flow, preterm births, and hypertension, it's crucial to consult your obstetrician and a fertility specialist; they will assess your overall health, uterine health, and potential risks before advising on a fourth C-section, which may be possible after a minimum gap of 2-3 years, but a thorough evaluation is necessary to determine the best course of action.
