Proximal fibular osteotomy is done to offload medial knee arthritis—if early stage, braces or PRP may help; surgery is best for moderate-severe cases.

I have a ganglion cyst and it doesn't really hurt much but I'm worried it might get bigger. Do I need surgery or can medicine or injections stop it from growing? What should I do about it?
A ganglion cyst that isn't painful may not require immediate treatment, but it's worth monitoring for any changes in size or symptoms. If it starts causing pain, hindering movement, or growing, options like aspiration (draining the fluid) with or without a steroid injection, or surgery to remove the cyst, may be considered.
