I'm dealing with seborrheic dermatitis and I'm using Onabet SD solution. I'm a bit unsure about how long I should leave it on my hair before washing it out. Also, how many times a week should I be applying it for the best results? Any advice would be really helpful!

For Onabet SD solution, apply it to the affected scalp area, leave it on for 1-2 hours or overnight before washing, and use it 2-3 times a week for 2-4 weeks or as directed by your doctor for the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis.

My son has been having these black spots on his palms and feet lately and they're really itchy. The spots seem to be growing and they're actually under the skin, not on top. The skin over these spots feels hard, kind of like how it looks on people who do a lot of weightlifting or use shovels a lot. Plus, he sweats a lot, especially on his hands and feet. Really worried about whats going on here, any ideas?

I've been experiencing a lot of itching in my testicles for about a week now. I'm really not sure what's causing it, and it's starting to worry me. Could you recommend a good cream or any type of medicine that might help? I'm open to any suggestions you might have.

You can try using an antifungal cream such as Clotrimazole 1% cream. Apply a thin layer of the cream to the affected area twice a day for about 2 weeks. Additionally, you can take an oral antifungal medication like Fluconazole 150mg once a week for 2 weeks to help clear up the infection. Remember to keep the area clean and dry to prevent further irritation.
