Hello sir or maam, I feel lazy and tired all the time with low mood. I have not had morning erections for a long time. Two years ago, I had a blood test for testosterone and my report showed 267 ng/dl. Do I need to repeat the T-hormone test or do something else? I am unable to concentrate on any work. My CBC, LFT, and RFT reports are normal. Do I also need a TSH test along with the T hormone test? When I take medicine for fatigue, I feel okay during the course of the medicine, but after completion, I again feel fatigue, low mood, and related problems.

I am a 46 year old man experiencing erectile dysfunction for the past 3 months. My blood tests show low free testosterone, high estradiol, and high FSH levels. The endocrinologist initially prescribed Modula for 10 days, but I did not experience any improvement. He then suggested testosterone replacement therapy. I have not started TRT and instead opted for Ayurvedic treatment recommended by a well known sexologist in Delhi. However, after 2 months, there has been little improvement. I no longer have morning erections and have been unable to have sexual intercourse due to poor erections for 3 months. I have a few questions: Should I consider starting testosterone replacement therapy? Is TRT the only effective option for me? What are the potential long term complications of TRT?
