I'm having this issue with one side of my nose being blocked all the time, and it switches sides during the day. At night it gets hard to breathe, even through the side that's open. My ears feel blocked too, and my head is constantly heavy, but I'm not dealing with a cold. This has been going on for about four months, and I've already seen my family doctor and tried cetrizine and paracetamol, but nothing's helping. Who should I see about this? I'm having some pain above my jaw and I'm worried it might be because of an ear infection. How many Cipla ear drops should I use to help with wax removal?

I've been experiencing pain on the right side of my throat near my Adam's apple for a few weeks now. It's really uncomfortable when I blow my nose and occasionally when I swallow. Just today I started coming down with a cold, along with a stuffy nose and sore throat. But this type of pain is something I haven't had before during a cold. What could be causing this? Should I be concerned?
