View allI've noticed that my nipples are getting swollen, and they're soft to the touch. When I press them, they return to normal for a bit, but then they swell up again after a few minutes. I'm 16, and I'm wondering if this is just a part of puberty or something I should be concerned about. Also, I've felt small clots behind both nipples, but there's no pain. Is this normal?

I'm really concerned about my son. He's having skin itching but there aren't any rashes. He's been scratching his head, arm, behind his neck, and foot, and there hasn't been any fever or infection recently. I've noticed his appetite seems to be increasing all of a sudden, and he sometimes complains of abdominal pain. I discovered white particles in his stool, but I did deworm him last month. Right now, he's on an antihistamine. This same kind of itching happened last year, and he was advised to take Banocide syrup along with the antihistamine, and it took almost a month to clear up. I'm really worried. What could be causing this, and what should I give him for the itching and abdominal pain?
