Why am I feeling lightheaded and dizzy almost every day? It feels like it's happening all the time and I'm starting to get worried. Is there something I should be looking out for or doing differently?

I'm having some trouble with my legs and feet at night. They start hurting, and my feet get warm, usually lasting an hour or two. I end up having to put cold water on my feet a couple of times to get some sleep. By morning, they still feel numb. I'm worried this might be something serious. Do you think I should see a specialist, and if so, what kind?

It sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms related to nerve compression or poor circulation, such as in conditions like peripheral neuropathy or restless leg syndrome. I recommend visiting a **neurologist** or a **vascular specialist** to get a thorough evaluation and proper diagnosis. It's important to address these symptoms to prevent any potential worsening of the condition.

My mom has been dealing with nerve issues for a long time and can't walk without my dad's support she holds his shoulder to move around. Doctors haven't been able to help, and one even suggested surgery with a 95% failure rate. She's lost all confidence and now struggles with uncontrollable bowel movements and urine, so she barely leaves the house. Even at night, she often falls when rushing to the bathroom, and we have to help her up. Recently, she fell badly and cut her lip. It's heartbreaking to see her suffer like this. Are there any treatments or specialists who could help her walk again or at least improve her condition? Her reports show nerve damage, but we're not sure what else to try.

she has two separate problems one in neck spine other in lower spine. doing surgery for lower back problem will help. but neck spine surgery is complicated and will have doubtful recovery Next Steps do physiotherapy at home Health Tips continue medicines as advised
