I'm really concerned about my 2.5-year-old son who seems to be having a lot of weather change allergies. Our doctor often prescribes him nebulization with Duolin and saline water. I'm just wondering if there are any major side effects we should look out for? Also, with all the pollution here in Gurgaon, do you think plain saline nebulization every day could be actually helpful for him?

Patient is advised to continue same treatment.Also budesonide 100 inhaler is advised sos for breathing difficulty.
