Why do I start sneezing non-stop and get a runny nose if I brush my teeth late after waking up? It's really frustrating because it affects my whole day. I saw a doctor in Nellore, A.P., and he gave me MontipLC for two months but it didnt help much. He suggested some tests at Apollo Hospital in Chennai. What do you think I should do next or what might be causing this?

I'm dealing with chronic liver disease, allergic rhinitis, bronchitis, and asthma, and I'm really worried about finding a safe antihistamine for my condition. Do you think options like Levocetirizine, Desloratadine, or Bilastine would be safe for me?

For someone with chronic liver disease, it's important to choose an antihistamine that has minimal impact on the liver. Among the options, **Desloratadine** is generally considered safer as it has fewer liver-related side effects compared to others. However, it's best to consult your doctor before starting any medication to ensure it's appropriate for your condition.

I'm having this issue where I keep sneezing every morning and it's been happening for months. I saw a doctor before and got some medications, but nothing's changed. It's been around six months now and I'm still stuck with this cold and sneezing problem. Could you suggest anything to help? I'm really tired of it and not sure what else to do.

Morning sneezing is mainly associated with allergic rhinitis.. avoid dusts and pollution.. regular change of pillow covers and bedsheets.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
