I'm really worried because I've been having a lot of pain on the left side of my stomach and irregular periods for about a year now. I recently had an ovary scan and they found follicles. I'm trying to figure out the right dosage to delay my periods. They're supposed to start on the 22nd, but I'd like to push them back by four days. I was recently diagnosed with a 1.1-1.2 cm subendometrial fibroid in the upper anterior wall of my uterine cavity. I don't have any symptoms but I'm trying to get pregnant do I need to remove it for fertility? What kind of surgery would be required if it has to be removed?
