Why is the skin on the upper part of my ear turning black with discoloration? I'm not sure if I should see a dermatologist or an ear specialist about this. How can I make that area match my natural skin color?

It sounds like you may be experiencing a condition called post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, which can occur after inflammation or injury to the skin. To help clear the discoloration and match it with your actual skin color, you can try using a topical cream containing hydroquinone, such as Melalite cream. Apply a thin layer of the cream to the affected area once daily in the evening. Additionally, using a sunscreen with a high SPF on the affected area can help prevent further darkening of the skin. You can try using a sunscreen like Sunstop 30 lotion and reapply it every few hours when exposed to sunlight.

View allI'm curious about switching from minoxidil, which I've been on for a couple of weeks, to Ustraa hair vitalizer. Do you think it would be effective for hair regrowth and reducing hair fall?

Minoxidil is a medication used for hair regrowth and should be used as prescribed. If you are considering switching to Ustraa hair vitalizer, please consult with your doctor first to discuss the best course of action.

I've been really stressed this year and taking a lot of pain meds, like ibuprofen and naproxen. I stopped the naproxen because I thought it might be the problem. About a month and a half ago, I noticed a few tiny red spots on my upper arms. Even after stopping the naproxen, the spots are still there, and I think there are more now. I had a CBC done when I first noticed them and the platelets were normal, but all the stuff I read online is just really scary. I'm freaking out a bit. What could be causing these spots?
