Why would a TMT test come back positive if the ECG, Echo, and lipid profile tests are all normal? Do we really need the TMT test in this case? Its a bit confusing.

Ideally its not possible, but there is chance of it turning positive,it records rhythms of your heart when physically excited so its good to get tested

View allI'm having a bit of a concern with my blood pressure. It was usually around 135 over 95 with my automatic blood pressure machine, so I started taking Rauwolfia Q homeopathy medicine, about 8 drops twice a day. Now my BP has dropped to below normal levels, and even though I stopped the medicine three days ago, it's still low. Lately, I've been feeling dizzy and a bit shaky sometimes. Do you have any advice on what I should do?
It seems like your blood pressure is still a bit on the lower side after stopping the medicine. It's important to monitor your blood pressure regularly. For now, try staying hydrated, having small, frequent meals, and avoiding sudden position changes. If the vertigo and shakiness persist, it's best to consult your doctor for further guidance.

I'm really worried about my recent health check-up results. The report showed a positive TMT. Should I get further evaluation? I've attached the reports here.
An echo is advised to the patient.

I'm experiencing some chest pain right in the center, and it's been going on for about 3 days now. I'm having a tough time breathing when I move or lie down, especially on my left side, but it's not as bad when I sit or lie on my back. I'm also feeling kind of gassy in my stomach and it's making me really confused. I've tried taking 3 ranitidine pills already, but there's still no improvement. Could this be something serious? Can you help figure out what's going on?
