Will CT KUB plain detect the cause behind burning urination and pain in the middle shaft of penis and tip of penis? I also have occasional groin discomfort for 1 year. There is no abdominal pain, no fever, no vomiting, and no nausea since 1 year. Sometimes there is burning while ejaculation. I am asking because CT KUB is costly and I am too stressed. I already did urine report 2 times which came normal and consulted urologist 2 times.

Yes, CT KUB Kidney, Ureter, Bladder can detect stones or structural issues but might not reveal all soft tissue or infectious causes. If previous urine tests were normal, also consider tests for STIs.

I had annual tests done and am attaching my urine report. I want to know if it is normal. I am having pain in the lower abdomen, so I expected RBCs and casts to be absent, but they are nil. Is this okay?

My wife is currently pregnant. One month ago, she experienced abdominal pain, and a scan confirmed a urinary tract infection, which resolved within 3 to 4 days with medication. Since then, we have not had sexual intercourse. Can we now have sex normally during her pregnancy? For context, she is eating normally, does not have vomiting, her hemoglobin is 12, blood pressure is normal, and her doctor has confirmed everything is fine. She is following a healthy diet with fruits, vegetables, eggs, and leafy greens, and currently has no other issues. I would like a detailed explanation regarding safety and precautions.

I have been experiencing burning after urination for the past 10 months. The problem is intermittent, sometimes it resolves for a few days and then comes back. Earlier, a culture test showed UTI, and I was treated with antibiotics. Along with burning, I also sometimes have frequent urination. My doctor did a rectal exam and said this is chronic prostatitis. I am currently taking Flotral and will be starting Urispas from today. A KUB ultrasound has also been advised again (the last one, about 7 months ago, only showed mild segmentation). Please suggest what I should do next.
