Will a fever between 98 and 99.8 be considered a fever? One of our friends has had this for 5 months and 20 days. His blood test report shows Hb 13.2 percent, RBC 5 million, WBC 10,600, platelet 2.22 lakhs, and ESR 25. Could this lead to cancer?

I had COVID a few months ago and tested negative after 14 days. Today, I received my COVID vaccination, as 3 months had passed since recovery. I have been experiencing chest pain in the upper and middle areas, and my doctor said it is likely muscular. He also took a blood sample for a CBC test. I am attaching my report for review.
