Will you be able to help me with recovering from intestinal lung disease? I'm really worried and don't know much about it. What steps should I be taking, and is it something that can be managed at home, or do I need to consider other treatments?

View allI'm a bit confused about the Foracort 400 mdi. Once I've started taking it, do I need to keep using it continuously? I'm not really clear on how long I'm supposed to stick with this dosage. Can you help explain how I should be managing it?
Foracort 400 MDI is typically used for managing asthma or COPD symptoms. If your doctor has prescribed it, it's important to follow the prescribed frequency, which could be one or more doses per day depending on the condition. If you're unsure about the timing or dosage, I recommend consulting your doctor to clarify the specific schedule based on your symptoms.

I came down with covid about 18 days ago and ended up in the hospital for 5 days. I was admitted 4 days after my symptoms started, mostly high fever, though my sp02 was normal. My CRP levels were at 6 when I was admitted but after 5 days of treatment, they dropped to 0.69 so they sent me home. I'm on some meds now, including predmet 8mg, but I stopped taking it since it messed with my blood sugar. My chest CT scan showed 30-40% lung involvement. Should I be worried about developing lung fibrosis in the future?
you shouldn't suddenly stop any medicine. there are least chances of fibrosis

I'm feeling like there's bone cracking or nerve tearing in the center of my chest when I sneeze, even when it's not too forceful. My chest feels heavy, I'm constantly fatigued, and I find it a bit hard to breathe almost every day. This has been going on for about two years now. I stopped exercising a while ago and my lifestyle is super sedentary. I get tired really quickly, like just from climbing stairs while carrying a bit of weight. Sometimes when I sneeze, this super sticky heavy transparent cough comes out straight away without just staying in my mouth. Should I be worried about these symptoms? What could be causing this?
Salbutamol inhaler and budesonide 200 sos is advised for breathing difficulty.
